*Great* deal on new Honda & fabulous internet sales manager Four dealers responded to my interest in purchasing a 2019 Honda Clarity PHEV, but only one, Bryan Kerr from this dealership, responded with the price Four dealers responded to my interest in purchasing a 2019 Honda Clarity PHEV, but only one, Bryan Kerr from this dealership, responded with the price and a no-nonsense way to buy it. Bryan's followup during the entire process was fast, clear and concise. In anticipation of a batch of Clarity's coming in and one in my preferred color, after the Memorial Day weekend I instead stopped in to the dealership to view other colors that had already come in. Turned out I loved the "MOONLIT FOREST PEARL" (a forest-green color with tan interior) and decided to buy it then-and-there. The process was fast and Bryan made it seamless and easy. Must note that I did turn down the finance manager's upsells for various paint and maintenance packages — and there was no hard pressure sales tactics on them — so my out-the-door price was exactly what I'd budgeted. I could *not* be happier! More

The absolute worst. I've purchased and paid off 8 cars in my life. Honda of RSM is NOT how car buying should be. If you're like me, you will look through the reviews of a business and check out why people "say" they like a business and the (hopefully) few people who hated it to understand both perspectives. That being said, I would NEVER recommend RSM Honda. I am a logical, reasonable business person that would NEVER waste my precious time dogging out a company. It doesn't serve anyone to be negative. It does serve a purpose when it is necessary. I say that to say that this company is THE MOST unorganized and disrespectful business I have EVER had the displeasure of working with. I am in sales. I KNOW the power of excellent customer service. People buy from people they like. THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT YOU OR THEIR EMPLOYEES. I should have never worked with them. My husband and daughter were in a tragic car crash and were were forced to look for another vehicle quickly because our vehicle was totaled. We should have traveled to a better dealership. The guy that sold us the vehicle was fresh out of training and couldn't answer basic questions. They guy(s) that financed us: They OVER promised and UNDER delivered and we had to RESIGN docs TWICE, misplaced our financing docs and financed with a company we did not choose. LISA (the most bitter and evil woman I have EVER spoken to) is rude, feeble-minded and nimble. She has misplaced the financing for $4 million of their financing income. Why do I know this? Because the guy that signed our finance docs told us because he was hired after they fired the ENTIRE finance department for under performing and then they fired him for whistleblowing 1 week later! These are not normal circumstances. You should have a better buying experience than we did. I recommend you don't do as we did and go to the nearest dealership to your home, but research and go to the best. I regret that we didn't, but I will NEVER work with them again. More
