I never felt customer satisfaction was ANY part of this business. No one has EVER returned calls to discuss any of these issues, but that is their SOPs (not to return calls) from the GM setting the tone, so I'll continue to write reviews to tell the truth about this dealership. Go to any other dealer, to you too go through their "customer satisfaction" . Good luck.
