For example, changing a starter with labor is $655 here, versus other places that charge $375 and $450 with the same part for the model of car I have. Of course they will tell you that the part does not come with a 3 year warranty, mind you the part cost about $80, refurbished. They will insult your intelligence and mock you telling you, "You don't want a part from a junk yard!" With a big arrogant attitude on top. They want you to pay $375 for their refurbished part. You can always take your starter to Autozone or Pepboys to check if it works, before you spend boatloads of money changing it. The service tech was insistent, arrogant and pushy when I asked for a through diagnostic of the problem at hand. He said that they do not provide this. His experience with GM, as he kept bragging about, made him the ultimate expert in his mind of trouble shooting. Unfortunately, his know-it-all attitude blinds him to listening to the customers' genuine concerns. His ultimate goal was to UPSELL me a service for $655.00 regardless! He was rude to his own mechanic tech in front of me and it was just so sad to see that. At other dealers the mechanics will walk you through their troubleshooting and how they came up with their diagnosis, without being rude, and without making you feel bad for even asking. Hello, who is paying here? It was more like, PAY and don't ask questions! The service technician's explanations were so forceful and at that point I realized I was dealing with someone who was blinded by their own ignorance that there was no point in dealing with him anymore. I've had my cars serviced at Honda Dealers for over 20 years and was satisfied every time. This is the first time that I have had a negative experience. This is a small dealer. I've seen dealers like this before and I've also seen them go out of business with time. I've worked with so many mechanics, kind, friendly folks, generous in sprit, willing to take time to let me know their thinking process, how they troubleshoot, cool, calm, collected. I've been lucky in that regard. At the RSM Honda, I paid $125 for a diagnosis by a mechanic who was non-existent, even though Steven said he would visit with us and let us know about the diagnosis. First he said, "Oh, he's heading to go home, so you will not be able to speak with him." Upon returning to pick up the car he said, "He'll be here in a minute so he can discuss the situation with you." Didn't happen. I guess customers are just ignorant fools in the eyes of this dealership. When you arrive, they'll ignore you for quite sometime. You'll wonder if they are open for service. They really need to upgrade how they do things here, or else, eventually, their lack of tact will put them out of business, if something else doesn't already. They have lost our business for good. I'd like to note though that there are kind folks there at this dealer and it is sad for them to feel and work around that arrogant energy. Number one rule in life is RESPECT. That's all. That's it. It's simple. Tone it down and stop trying to dominate the customer. Also, don't be SARCASTIC, such a terrible human trait. Reflects so poorly on the one being totally sarcastic. It's unprofessional. Kindess and respect is what sells. Patience is what sells. Be at ease. Pushiness is old fashioned. This is the 21st Century, evolve already! More

I dealt with Justin in Internet Sales and he was very helpful and not pushy at all. I got a great deal on a CRV and I couldn't be happier. I definitely recommend RSM Honda to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
Wasting time I drove from Las Vegas to RSM Honda to buy a pre-owned certified 2012 Honda Odyssey. A day before I exchanged e-mails and phone calls with Ed Foutch, I drove from Las Vegas to RSM Honda to buy a pre-owned certified 2012 Honda Odyssey. A day before I exchanged e-mails and phone calls with Ed Foutch, their Internet Manager and he secured me that the car is in a great condition, just a few minor scratches but ready to go. I drove 270 miles to the dealer and I noticed the car was extremely dirty on exterior and interior. I found inside the car leftovers, spilled drinks on the seats, floor and ceiling, ants everywhere. The front tires were in a very bad shape even if they claimed they are reached the minimum standards, big scratches on the hood. The car, by that time, was for 48 days out for sale. This Honda Certified 2012, 25k miles was a lease return but it looked like a 10 years old car on inside. They didn't even bothered themselves to clean up the car. It was a big disrespect for a costumer who wanted to make a deal that day. I agreed to wait a couples of hours for detailing but after all this the car had a strong horrible odor inside and I refused to make the deal. How is possible to certify so easy a car like this? The car should be spotless, even it has 2 years old. Mr. Ed Foutch, the Internet Manager was a very pleasant person at the phone and when I met him early in the morning. After a few hours he became pushy, irritated to any questions I asked about car condition and at the end he was rude and angry. He didn't even apologied for all this mess. I left saying good-bye but he didn't get time to answer me back. Mr. George Hogan, the General Sales Manager tried to fix the issues, he was nice and polite but he looked like he really doesn't want to sell this car. Everything and everybody looked very unprofessional and having no interest in selling the car. I'm extremely disappointed. More
Mark Helms is the best! I was looking to buy a CR-V EXL AWD with Navigation. Since the dealer didn't have one on their lot, it was necessary for them to search surrounding dealer's inventory. Mark stayed AWD with Navigation. Since the dealer didn't have one on their lot, it was necessary for them to search surrounding dealer's inventory. Mark stayed in touch with me through the process and within 3 days he had located and delivered the exact vehicle I wanted. I knew what I wanted and Mark never tried to sell me something else from the lot. He also got me the best price on my new car and got me a fair price for my trade in. When I picked up my new Honda, Mark sat in the car with me and showed me all the features. During the first week of owning my new CR-V, I received two emails from Mark and two phone calls. In the emails, he thanked me for my business and made sure I had his cell phone number for questions. In his phone calls, he was following up to see if I had any questions and to find out how much I was loving my new car. This is the second time I have bought a car from RSM Honda and when it comes time to buy another new Honda, I'll be back to see Mark Helms at RSM Honda. More
Manny in finance is terrible, rude, wants to argue with customers. His attitude totally changed when I would not the the 2k dollars extended warranty. Kept telling I "need it" bit I bought one from my cred customers. His attitude totally changed when I would not the the 2k dollars extended warranty. Kept telling I "need it" bit I bought one from my credit union for 600$. Covers bumper to bumper too. Then told me he would need a few more minutes to finish getting my paperwork ready. After 25 more minutes called us back into his office to continue to tell us Weiss buy the now 1700$ warranty. After I said no to any extras, unless they were going to include them into the deal we already agreed upon he finally stopped. Including stopped talking with us, just sign here. I tried to complain to GM but he never returned my call, as is standard practice at this dealership,, not to return calls or communicate with customers. More
Rancho Santa Margarita Honda, I cannot recommend, even to my enemies. The Salesman never introduced himself, we never got a business card, or knew his name until the end of our deal . Then came the worst to my enemies. The Salesman never introduced himself, we never got a business card, or knew his name until the end of our deal . Then came the worst part of RSM Honda -the finance department, not all the paperwork was ready. We left the finance office twice so Manny could "complete" the paperwork for "us". After the deal, I called 3times to verify the the dealer received our payment-NO return calls, to simply confirm they have our payment. Then I discovered RSM Honda sent my bank the payoff amount (after ten days)of my trade-in which was $450 less than what we had on the contract, a payment had cleared. RSM Honda was going to keep my money" as leverage to get title" as Manny in finance says. When I called every hour on the hour to try and get our money, Manny was rude and very argumentative. After leavening a message for the general manager to call me to discuss this (he never returned my call either) Manny called to say they have my check. If it smells fishy, looks fishy, taste fishy, it must be fish! I could NOT recommend this dealership due mostly to finance department being very shady, rude and argumentative. Go the the big dealerships where finance people know there jobs well, and treat customers with respect. Brenda is the only person I can recommend, she was the only person to returned my calls. Message to Brenda, quit go to any other dealership... Same for customers- go to ANY other dealership. The dealership in all of their replies, to less than favorable reviews on line, talks about communication, this is their major flaw. The GM did not return my call, the Finance simply ignored me, after 11 calls I spoke to someone in finance, after Brenda, promised. And that was on one of my hourly calls to speak to someone about getting MY money, as the contract states pay on demand. More
Steve Quintero is very disrespectful, angry and rude service manager. Without regard to Honda Brand. In his own words "do not come back to this dealership" how about that for customer service. service manager. Without regard to Honda Brand. In his own words "do not come back to this dealership" how about that for customer service. "get out now, you are lucky I am working" A Threat! He must be well tolerated by management to haves such conduct. This disrespect was in front of my wife and everyone in the service area, customer and staff. I called him first by raising his voice on me in front of my wife and his come back is "I am explaining". Accused me of cursing in his office so he can justify in throwing us out... NO JUSTIFICATION FOR THIS ACTION. BAD FOR RSM HONDA. WORSE for Honda brand... More

I was dropping my friend off to get his car serviced and just couldn't keep my eye off of the new metallic silver cr-Z. Zane happened to be outside and we started to chit chat about the car, I explained my just couldn't keep my eye off of the new metallic silver cr-Z. Zane happened to be outside and we started to chit chat about the car, I explained my current car situation and he was able to work with me to push for an extremely good trade in value for my car, before I even test drove the car I had to make sure I could afford, so sure enough they ran the numbers and sure enough I could afford. I test drove and fell in love, they had exactly what I wanted and the price was great too! The whole way through when I had questions Zane explained everything in normal terms (not car talk) and so I walked away with a brand new car! First ever for myself since I have only had used! All in all Zane Hernandez my seller, Frank the finance guy and the sales manager even the receptionists I saw were are great, personable and humble! I would highly recommend for anyone looking for a new car to go to this dealership and see Zane! More
