I just purchased a 2003 Honda Element and Micheal, Robert, and Bryce were great throughout the entire process. These guys truly operate with integrity and have a great selection of high quality used vehicles- even came with a 30 day or 1000 miles limited warranty on a car that is 17 years old! If that isn’t setting the industry standard for used cars, I don’t know what is. I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to RSM Honda. More

I purchased a Honda Odyssey from this dealership, and my experience was absolutely fantastic. He constantly kept me updated with relevant pricing and inventory information, and was very timely with his response. At the store, Arash was very friendly and professional, and did a great job preparing the final vehicle. I also want to commend him for being very accommodating of my cautious approach to COVID-19. I am deeply impressed by his excellent services. Brice Vazac was our sales manager and was similarly helpful. He was very transparent with pricing options and honored the price we had agreed on before our visit. I have actually encountered Brice when I previously bought a Honda vehicle and have always known him to be extremely warm and professional. I can tell that he truly cares about the Honda brand. Finally, I wanted to thank Lance Lavage for being extremely detailed when guiding me through the financing process. He introduced all applicable add-ons, and I felt like he presented all information in a really objective and informative way. Again, I cannot thank the team at Rancho Santa Margarita Honda enough. This is an excellent team and deserves the highest recommendation possible, and I will definitely buy my next Honda from them! More
