I looked all over for a reliable vehicle that was reasonably priced. When I came to Rancho Grande Motors and was helped by Tom I felt as though I was not being hassled but still could get the inform reasonably priced. If there was any detail that he was not sure about he wouldn't make up facts, he would simply admit that he was not sure and then simply excuse himself to go and find the information at whatever sources are available to him. Chris has been awesome to work with over the past 3 years. I have really been able to get to know Chris’s excellent customer service and customer care over the life of my 2007 Subura Outback. I have had MORE than my fair share of issues with my car (head gasket, both CV boots, some chip issue, break issue...to many issues to name, pull my account to be shocked) and Chris has always explained in great detail what the issues are and how they can be fixed.
