I was out of town with a dead battery. Cory Vegas, service advisor, took great care of me. Put in a new battery, changed the oil and called me when it was ready. A week later I noticed an electrical service advisor, took great care of me. Put in a new battery, changed the oil and called me when it was ready. A week later I noticed an electrical problem in my A/C switch.....I brought it back and Cory pushed a few buttons and reset my switches...I was on my way in a few minutes after he explained that the battery change reset my switches to factory defaults. It's all about the car and the sales person! We wanted a new car at a specific price and Shane Traver provided us with options and prices. There was no pressure and within a few days we went back to Mr. Tra new car at a specific price and Shane Traver provided us with options and prices. I have an easy time gaining an appointment and getting the service I need. The raiting room is excellent for a wait of an hour or so, and the valet service is convenient for longer jobs.
