Service coordinator issue The service coordinator that I spoke with the first time did not go out of his way to help me so I only got half of what I was calling for. I request The service coordinator that I spoke with the first time did not go out of his way to help me so I only got half of what I was calling for. I requested weekend service ("Deep Clean") and I was told I had to come in during the week for it. It is not easy for me to make it in during the week, so I asked for an accommodation. When I was declined, I asked if that meant I should go to another dealer or repair shop to help me and he told me there was nothing he could do. When I came in to do the maintenance work, the service coordinator told me he would work with me to enable weekend service. I am not sure if I will continue my 20 years of loyalty to Ramsey Volvo if I can't get service on terms that work for me. To be clear, John was helpful and I would recommend him again highly. More
