First service of my CPO XC90 T8 I met with Steve, the service advisor assigned to me. He was very pleasant to work with and understood my concerns with the vehicle. He called the following day explaining that my sales advisor will be giving me a call to discuss the issues with my Volvo. I spoke to my sales advisor, and he agreed to repair what he could on the vehicle, and look at any of the areas that I had a concern about. I never heard from Steve until the vehicle was ready. The dealership had my Volvo for 2 ½ weeks. I dropped it off without an appointment, so I knew, going in, that they would have the car for some period of time. However, I would have liked to have had a phone call from the service advisor explaining to me what sales agreed to do to the vehicle, and when the vehicle would be ready. Also, when I picked up my Volvo, the hybrid battery was COMPLETELY dead. I had zero range on it. It should have been fully charged when I arrived to pick it up. More
