The facts that it received great reviews and offered great value gave me confidence before approaching 'Ramsey'. I started by calling the 800 number and their manager, and both contacts were helpful. They confirmed they had my target model/color available on the lot, and an arrangement was made to visit the showroom. The facility space was magnificent in my opinion, with a double height vaulted ceiling welcoming you in. Let me not forget to mention that I had visited about a dozen other showrooms, as part of this car shopping experience, in an effort to find the ONE. The minute I walked into this place, everything flowed smoothly. I was soon escorted to meet Mr. Adonis Antonick who was my sales agent. We went through some basic information, and he soon acknowledged my TrueCar certified price. He then showed me the car on the parking lot, rode on the test drive together, and the purchase was completed the next day. Ramsey is efficient in terms of time. I added fog light option which was installed quickly the same day. A paint scratch needed repair was done for free, in a short wait, with a complimentary loaner provided. As a NY resident, my DMV registration & title arrived in time, with no delays. Staff members are friendly and professional. Now owning my dream car, looking back on my dealing with Ramsey in August, the experience was beautiful and streamlined. Thank you ! More

I'd been shopping for 2 new vehicles for several weeks and had terrible experiences at Toyota, Dodge and other dealerships with poorly trained Sales reps, pricing games, bait and switch tactics, etc. Alex was proactive, responsive, detail-oriented, flexible and honest. The negotiation process was painless and Alex went the extra mile to make the vehicle delivery process a breeze. Love the car and would definitely buy/lease from Ramsey again. I went with the Subaru Outback because of it's safety rating, the back seat is spacious, it has 4 wheel drive and it has the best fuel economy for a car in its class.
