NO "WHAT IFS' AT RAMSEY SUBARU ! I wanted to purchase an Imprezza after seeing the ratings for it while researching all wheel drive cars and also because of the terrible winter weathe I wanted to purchase an Imprezza after seeing the ratings for it while researching all wheel drive cars and also because of the terrible winter weather we have had before. My experience at Ramsey Subaru couldn't have gone better ! When I first walked in, Micheele greeted me with a warm smile and "Weclome to Ramsey Subaru, can I help you ?" I was directed to Kurt to discuss purchasing a new Imprezza and trading in my Ford Focus, which didn't handle well in the bad snow & winter weather. I told Kurt what I was looking for, what additional items I was looking to add to the car and my trade in. Everything went as smooth as glass. He was alble to provide me with details on what I had researched so far and pointed out the vehicles available at that time. I orignally was going for the gray, but I saw the blue Imprezza on the showroom floor and it called to me : "hey, you BUY ME ! " The color looked so much better in real life as opposed to the websites. He asked Max to take me on a test drive so he could assist another customer picking up their car or paperwork. Max was very polite, answered any questions I had and explained some of the features I pointed out I wanted to add. It has to have been the best test drive I had. So, I couldn't decide on the blue or gey. But, the blue won out. I told Kurt if my huge coffee mug didn't fit the cup holders, the deal was off. It fit. Then the trade in was discussed. After Kurt went back and forth with Shane the credit manager, we had a deal. To my relief I never heard " what if ? ". I would have walked out at that point. If a salesman says "what if " as far as I am concerned, they "can" and are just wasting my time and playing games. Kurt and Shane were to the point as were very fair in the trade in value. After going over the extended warrenty/care packages, I went with the top of the line. It reallly is a great deal. My car was ready as promised and I couldn't be happier with it and the entire transaction. If you want to get a great deal on an excellent auto, get yourself down to Ramsey Subaru ! No what ifs for sure! More

Their internet pricing, fair trade value, and friednly sales staff made it worth the hour drive. My only criticism is that they need to include certified and window etching costs in the upfront price of the vehicle as no other dealer adds this on at the back end.
