Prior to the purchase I did extensive research on the actual market prices (vs MSRP) of the vehicle via TrueCar, KBB, etc. I was offered a competitive price without much hassle. Michael has a charismatic personality, coupled with an extensive knowledge of Subaru. He’s the right guy to help you find your perfect fit. Michael was very honest and laid back, which made my experience very enjoyable. Michael showed me ALL the functions/technology features of the vehicle, which immediately made my driving experience so much better. From the moment I pulled out of the lot, I was able to navigate through all of the features with ease.
