Easy and Reliable I wanted to buy a car for my four kids to use. We had Chevy Equinox which is the absolutely the worst car I have every owned and the service departme I wanted to buy a car for my four kids to use. I never thought about buying a Subaru but one of my kids suggested we look at the new XV Crosstrek. I did some research on the XV Crosstrek and it had a lot of good reviews. I saw online that that Ramsey Subaru had a few pre-owned Crosstreks. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon without an appointment and was assigned to Michael Pandolfelli. He was very nice and set us up for a test drive. We loved the car. I left and did some more research which led me to conclude that Ramsey Subaru had the best price on the car we wanted, in the color and model. So, I went back on a Thursday evening and went home with the car. I got a fair price for trade in and felt that we treated very well. Michael was excellent and I highly recommend him to anyone thinking about buying a Subaru. My next car for my wife may be a Forrester. More

I bought both Saturn's at the same dealer who also happens to sell Subaru's. After some unethical and illegal sales practices along with horrible service and poor knowledge of my vehicle I decided to take my business elsewhere. I couldn't be happier with my decision to buy from Ramsey Subaru. They addressed every concern I had, were knowledgeable about the vehicle I wanted and treated me like a person not a dollar sign. I work long hours and they accommodated my schedule without rushing me. I had many questions and what they couldn't answer they where honest and referred me to the correct person who did know instead of giving me wrong information or telling me what I wanted to hear. I have only had my car for two days so I can't attest to the service department but as far as the sales department goes, top notch service. A special thanks to Michael Pandolfelli, my salesman. He was extremely friendly and at no point did I feel pressured. I took delivery on a Saturday which is a busy day for sales and even though the sale was already done he took his time with me. He went over every feature of the car and even setup my phone to work with the Bluetooth in my car. This is how a dealer should operate. They think long term instead of focusing on how much money they can make off of you right now. There are plenty of places to buy a car and would have bought my third car from my local dealer if not for there unsavory business practices. Obviously Ramsey Subaru cares about repeat business and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or buy from them again. More
