I went to the service center for the first oil change on MY 2015 Subaru Forrester, and I couldn't have been more pleased. The staff was pleasant, attentive, and delivered exactly what they stated they would. They provided me with a driver back to my office during the time my car was being serviced. The driver was exceptionally courteous. I am sorry that I do not have the names of the personnel who worked with me as I write this review (I left the paper in the car), but I hope someone can look it up by accessing my file, because these members of the service team deserve to the thanked for their efforts More

Making my 2nd Scheduled Maintenance Service a Breeze I just brought my 2015 Outback for it's second scheduled service (12000 miles). A Saturday morning quick oil change and tire rotation. The visit lasted just over an hour and the waiting time was relaxing and pleasant with a cup of coffee and a comfy chair. My service advisor Al made everything simple and stress-free. I got a call a couple days later from the service department to see how things went with my service. I told them everything went well.
