He consistently kept in touch with me by email and phone during my wait time for delivery and every question I had was promptly answered. Once my car was delivered, he arranged my pick-up and made sure I had no final questions. Michael made my purchase as painless as possible. Cory in the finance dept seemed good, but when we changed our minds on the service contract he was very slow in returning the money. The service department was very satisfactory, as we experienced various issues which they rectified. Al is polite and professional. More
