We were comfortably walked though the process in a professional manner as he explained the process in a straightforward manner.He was courteous, My wife and I drove home our new Impreza with a truly positive feeling about Ramsey Subaru and the emplyees.who also included a young man named Brian who patiently explained all the specifics of our auto. We keep coming back to Chris because he knows his stuff, answers our questions directly and accurately, and is always helpful to us in understanding the differences between the cars that we are considering. We feel a strong sense of confidence in Chris and I expect that we will want to work with him each time that we replace the Outback and the Impreza that we now have with newer models. More

This purchase was my first experience in a Subaru Dealership. I entered warily (as always!), and left two days later elated... with the "perfect" vehicle, purchased at a fair price. Throughout the entire process (which involved discussing and test-driving multiple vehicles--both new and used, since my daughter and I weren't sure which one would be the better value), Michael Pandolfelli was there by our side, providing helpful (never pushy!) information and tips to help us arrive at the best option for our needs. He was the epitome of what a Salesperson should be--accessible, dedicated, professional yet personable, and extremely knowledgeable in all aspects of the process. In addition to his ready availability at the Dealership itself, Michael and I established and maintained an email dialog (at my request), which proved extremely useful in our decision-making process. At one point in our exchange, I emailed him a question at 11:00 at night, hoping for an answer sometime the following day. To my surprise, Michael responded 10 minutes later. Impressive!! Once my daughter and I had decided on the vehicle we wished to purchase, Michael turned me over to his colleague, Cory Fetkowitz, to handle the financial details.
