Worst experience ever going to a dealership and will probably never be looking to buy another Nissan Vehicle after this. I was looking to buy a 2024 Altima SL and the salesman I was working with went probably never be looking to buy another Nissan Vehicle after this. I was looking to buy a 2024 Altima SL and the salesman I was working with went to get his manager, Emanuel, to work out a deal on a 36 month term. When he didn't want to go lower than sticker price I thank him for his time and said I would be going elsewhere as I had gotten better prices. He immediately got aggressive and got in my face asking me what I was looking to pay for the car, to which I replied that after the attitude I received I wouldn't want the car from him even if it was free. The conversation got unnecessarily heated to the point where another employee had to step in to get him to back off and we left. As we were pulling out of the lot, another sales manager, Kelvin, called us to apologize for his behavior and gave us a relatively fair price for the vehicle but at that point I had decided that I would take my business elsewhere even for a higher price. Extremely unprofessional behavior all around and I advise anyone looking to purchase a Nissan vehicle to highly consider alternatives or at the very least a different dealership. More
