The attention to detail is lacking, the customer service is lacking. I have never had a worse car buying experience in my life- and it still isn’t over. I have been ignored time after time by my salesman, have left countless voicemails to managers, the finance department, and sales. I have received no calls back. A key fob that I am entitled to since buying a CPO was first given to me a month later, they registered my car to the wrong address, and it took calling 3 different people to figure out where my plates have to be sent to because my salesperson once again, ignored me. During the first month, I experienced more stress than happiness with my car because of Ramsey Nissan. They don’t answer calls, call back, text back, or can give answers. A truly horrendous dealership and experience. Do not do any business with Ramsey Nissan. More
