I just came from this dealer. I went out with the salesman for a test drive on a new Rogue. I told him two stories about why I didn't buy some other cars. One was that my trade in was worth $9000 fro salesman for a test drive on a new Rogue. I told him two stories about why I didn't buy some other cars. One was that my trade in was worth $9000 from some other dealers and from carvana. Honda offered me $5500. When I said it wasn't enough, they magically raised it to $9000. So they were trying to rip me off, that deal didn't work out. I also said that I was about to buy a Rav 4 and when we sat down to do the paperwork, they said they were adding $6000 to the price because of the market. Now I literally couldn't afford the car. Wasted everyones time by advertising one price and then charging a lot more. Imagine shopping anywhere else and when you get to the check out, everything is 1/3 more just cause they can. So I loved the car, told him what I could afford. He says great told me he knew how I felt with those two other dealers and didn't blame me for leaving. We get back to the dealer and they offer me $6000 for the trade in and they are adding almost $4000 to the sticker price. So here we go... He says one minute to speak to the finance guy. 20 minutes later the finance guy invites me to his office and says the monthly payments are x amount. $200 bucks more than I can afford. So I said that. He says do you have any money to put down, I said not enough. Remember, the car is now $7,000 more than it was before based on the weak trade in and the "we just feel like screwing you" fee. He then says why did I run these numbers, you've wasted my time! I say, as calm as possible, didn't even raise my voice, don't blame me. Your salesman wasted MY time. He knew the numbers I could afford and you didn't come close. Your manager added four grand to the price of the car at the last minute! So I leave and the salesman notices and I say its too much money. He says don't you have anything to put down, I say not enough and leave. As I'm driving, he calls my number literally 10 times and leaves texts. The texts said I stormed out, not true, but why didn't I wait and see if they can give me more on my trade or discount the price? Well, YOUR finance guy said I was wasting his time! And now you magically can give me more money on my trade and "discount" the higher than sticker price? Nope. There are two other Nissan dealers in my area. I'll buy one from them and use their service department for everything. I won't even need to waste their time with a test drive. I DID NOT WORK WITH JOSE, I JUST HAD TO PICK SOMEONE TO POST THIS REVIEW More
