I had to turn in my car, the lease was up. I was over on miles and did have some cosmetic damage. Right from the start Andrew Waddell was AMAZING! Not to mention, as soon as I got there he was so attentive and truly helped me with every and any question I had. That night I was signing a new lease for my new car! I love the Altima so that is was I stuck with. But, the deal I got was simply unheard of. Andrew Waddell not only took the best of care of me, but showed he truly cared about his customers and within 1 week he had exactly what I wanted at the BEST price/deal possible. I would recommend Andrew Waddell everyone! He not only knows what he's doing, but definitely the best car salesman that Nissan could ever even dream on having! When I came back to pick up my car, Andrew assured me that our "relationship" wasn't over and let me know if there was anything I needed, to contact him. Who does that! Only Andrew because he's that good! Nick Peresunko was another amazing guy! He was so funny and accommodating and made the process so simple! He showed me everything I needed to know about the car. He truly knew the Altima and all that it had to offer. He explained everything to me so thoroughly. I would recommend EVERYONE to both these guys. They are a hell of a team! I highly recommend this dealership. I made an inquiry via the internet on an Altima coupe, and I was contacted by Andrew Waddell shortly after. Instead of giving me the annoying runaround that most dealers do involving nonsense like, "You should come in for a test drive, then we'll discuss price," or "We can only give you the best deals in person," Andrew Waddell called me and talked numbers right away. And quite frankly, the numbers were very good. I instantly had a good impression of him, and he even directed me to this site. Anyone who recommends that you look up reviews of their business is clearly willing to stand behind their work. Hell, he even sent me pictures of my vehicle...despite the fact that I never even asked for any! Now that's service. The experience was just as good when I walked into the dealership. The salesman assigned to me was courteous and professional, and was eager to show me all the features on my new vehicle. He didn't try to waste my time selling me extra stuff, he simply answered my questions and explained and provided me with the required paperwork. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars all around was because I noticed fairly quickly after the purchase that my car already had an issue. To the best of my knowledge, there's something loose near the rear speakers because playing any song with bass makes awful rattling noises in my vehicle unless I change the audio balance all the way to the right speakers. Either somethings not grounded properly, or one of the panels are loose causing it to shake with minor bass. I'm sure their service department is excellent and will fix the issue, but I still believe that a brand spanking new car shouldn't have a problem right out of the dealership. But part of the blame lies on me as well for not adequately checking out the sound system during the test drive. Make sure you test out every component of your car before you drive off the lot, the fact that it's new doesn't necessarily mean it won't have issues. Nonetheless, don't let that deter you from purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. These guys are miles above the rest, and will go out of your way to make sure you have an excellent buying experience. Need a new car but sick of dealing with unscrupulous salesmen who seem to not mind wasting hours of time doing nothing? Then treat yourself to a new car at Ramsey Nissan, you won't regret it. More
In my many years of "dealing" for a new car, I have come to dread the prospect of having to do it again. This time, my opinion was completely turned around. The dealer honored all commitments, promises, etc. The people were helpful, courteous, and did not try to "push" or "sell" anything I was not interested in. Questions were answered quickly and, it seems, honestly. There was no "I've got to check with my manager" delays or excuses for not providing information. When there was an after purchase question about a cost item (I had already taken possession of the car), I called and was called back within minutes with a perfectly acceptable response. As I have said to the people I dealt with, I want to thank you for making obtaining this car a comfortable and pleasant experience. More

I recently assisted my niece in purchasing a Rogue after pricing it out on the Internet. I have leased/purchased from Ramsey before and found them to be one of the best dealerships in the North Jersey area pricing it out on the Internet. I have leased/purchased from Ramsey before and found them to be one of the best dealerships in the North Jersey area. Andrew Waddell the Internet sales representative was wonderful and very helpful and friendly. No high pressure. We had worked out numbers before calling Andrew and knew approximately the price we were willing to pay and the value of or our trade in. Andrew was able to work out a deal very close to our numbers. We had heard to expect nightmare stories about numbers changing once you get into the showroom. At the dealership we expected to hear different numbers either for the price quoted on the phone or for the trade-in. The surprise was there we NO SURPRISES. Andrew delivered as promised. The process from the phone call to driving home with a new car was smooth and hassle free. Andrew Wandell turned the paper work over to a floor salesperson -Andrew Nudge. Mr. Nudge was also wonderful. He went through every feature in the car (she got all the bells and whistles), programmed her phone, and made sure my niece understood all aspects of the car. Importantly, Mr. Waddell and Mr. Nudge made us feel like valued customers. I made my niece travel up to Ramsey Nissan from Toms River. She was not disappointed, very impressed, and appreciative of the service she received from Mr.Waddell and Mr. Nudge. For these reasons I recommend Ramsey Nissan. Do your research, get your numbers, and shop during the week days. Once last thanks to Murphy (don't know his last name). He is one of the guys who looks at the numbers to OK the deals. More
Spent the Better part of a month Trying to decide what brand/style of car to buy. I worked with Andrew via email and he answered all my questions and pricing promptly with no hidden agenda. The other dealers i had done the same with did not give honest answers and after calling them i was not even comfortable going into these dealers. I got the best price from Andrew and when i went to close the deal i was taken care of by Eric who was also straight forward and answered all my qeestions and took me for a test ride. It came time to close the deal and It was exactly what Andrew and I aggreed to on the phone. Picked it up the next morning and it was Clean and ready to Roll. I would highly reccomend Ramsey Nissan to anyone. Great Price,Great Service, and Great People. More

Just bought a used 2009 XTerra from Ramsey Nissan. My GF leased a Rogue a couple years ago, and having dealt with a number of the other Nissan dealers in the area during that process, I was dreading going t leased a Rogue a couple years ago, and having dealt with a number of the other Nissan dealers in the area during that process, I was dreading going to buy an XTerra. I was expecting pushy sleazy salesmen, obnoxious pusy managers, and an overall unpleasant buying experience. Ramsey Nissan couldn't be farther from that stereotype. My salesman, Chuck, was great throughout the whole process. He was helpful, straighforward, and knowledgeable about what he was selling. He made the whole process extremely easy. Even the business office, where you expect them to start trying to sell you everything under the sun, was a breeze. Of all the car dealerships I've been to in northern NJ, Ramsey Nissan is by far the best I've seen. I would reccomend them to anyone looking to buy a car. More
