I recently bought a certified pre-owned Murano at Ramsey Nissan (on 1/29). I've purchased many cars in my life, and this was the BEST car buying experience I've had to date! My salesperson, Brian Muller, Nissan (on 1/29). I've purchased many cars in my life, and this was the BEST car buying experience I've had to date! My salesperson, Brian Muller, was a non-pressuring guy, and eager to please the customer. He was very patient, fully versed in the inventory as well as car features, and there was really no haggling on price. I basically told them what I was willing and able to pay, and they made it happen. The car is beautiful. Brian explained all of its features to me and seemed to know the vehicles inside and out. I actually ended up with a better price than what I asked for. Everyone in the dealership that we came in contact with was exceptionally friendly. Someone checked in with us multiple times while we were waiting for our appointment, and even made my husband a cup of tea. When it came to making the actual deal, we didn't have to speak with the dreaded 'finance guy' that dealers usually bring out to deliver the bad news about why they can't give you a good deal. We dealt only with Brian, and then once done, the finance person came out to greet us, shake our hand and say congratulations. When signing papers on financing, the gentleman who helped me offered me a better price on the wrap-around coverage so that now my vehicle is fully covered from bumper to bumper for three years, no deductible, etc. Again, I told him the price I was willing to pay for that additional coverage, and he made it happen. I bought my first Nissan at a different dealer (Meadowlands) a year ago, and it was the WORST experience possible. So bad that I considered never buying a Nissan again. But it really makes a difference going to another dealer. Ramsey is absolutely the best of the best. I would recommend this one to my closest family and friends, and will go there for my next car purchase for sure. p.s. they also gave me free oil changes for a year, as well as two tire rotations. Meadowlands Nissan gave me nothing of the sort. More
