I am very pleased w/Ramsey Nissan. Have a 2010 Murano LE. Had an honest salesman and the follow-up regular maintenance rep (Jennifer) is excellent, forthright and provides detailed info/communication. Their express lube/wait-for-it is very timely. I am diligent in bringing my car in according to the warranty book/guidelines every 3 months, so maybe that is why no problems. But even on regular maintenance/tune-ups they have not tried to gouge me or hose me once and 'find' things wrong. So I have nothing but great things to say about them. Extremely satisfied and would highly recommend !!! More

I came in to Ramsey Nissan to buy my first car and worked with Mae. From start to finish I had a wonderful experience! I've never met a sales person who was was able to get the job done without making me feel like she was going to make commission off of the sale. By the time I left it was after 10pm and the manager and finance person all stayed to complete the sale with smiles on their faces. I had an excellent experience at Ramsey Nissan while having my 2011 Rogue serviced. Work was done on a timely basis and ahead of the estimated 3 hour estimate I was given. I also received a loner vehic having my 2011 Rogue serviced. Work was done on a timely basis and ahead of the estimated 3 hour estimate I was given. I also received a loner vehicle that was clean and the heat on when I got into the vehicle. The Service Advisor, Alan, was excellent. In addition to explaining all the work that was going to be done he asked if I had any concerns about my vehicle. I informed him of premature wear on the passenger front seat cover. After the car was serviced, Alan took photos of the wear and tear on the seat and said he would work with his Service Manager and Nissan for a solution. Due to Alan's work and commitment to me ,the customer, Nissan has agreed to install a new seat cover at no charge under warranty. So all in all, it was a very pleasant experience. I brought my Altima in for a 7500 mile service and took advantage of their express service . I had no appointment and still got my oil changed, tires rotated and car washed all in under 40 minutes. He explained everything they did and checked plus reminded me I had until 1 year from purchase to take advantage of the free service which I had forgotten about. So I brought my Rouge which I had gotten at the same time as the Altima in two days later and had the same great experiance. More
