They went out of their way to get me into a test drive last minute (e.g. no appointment) and then the rest was pretty much over email/phone calls. Very easy to transact. Their initial offer wasn’t the lowest, but once I shared what the other offer I had was, they easily matched it. They found the color I wanted and got it for me quickly. Again, this was my 2nd car through the group (my first was an Infiniti). A thank you to Scott and Dennis for taking good care of me and shepherding through the process seamlessly.
