Ramsey Chrysler Jeep Dodge

I live about a quarter-mile from Paramus Jeep (Horrible) and would rather drive the extra 15 miles to deal with Ramsey Jeep. Purchased my ram new here 2 yrs ago. It’s been in for a rack and pinion replacement. And most recently had to have a new fuel tank installed . Was smelling gas in cab and see gas dripping,forming on bottom rack and pinion replacement. And most recently had to have a new fuel tank installed . Was smelling gas in cab and see gas dripping,forming on bottom of new fuel tank when I fill up tank. Just had it in for service and was told they can’t find anything wrong. I was told to take it home let fuel go down and make new appt so dodge can fill up tank to see if leaks. I have two young children and not happy about driving around with fuel tank leaking. Not too happy with my dodge product at this point or the service dept . I shouldn’t have to take my truck home while it was there for that reason specifically and them tell me to make Another appt a month later because they don’t have a loaner vehicle for me. This is my only vehicle. Getting back and forth to the dealership is a hassle. But now I need to come back again in a month and drive around a vehicle that’s leaking fuel when I fill up. Something is wrong here. More

Didn’t get to buy from Ramsey. Salesman that I was speaking to never called back. Got excuses. The vehicle I was interested in could be there the day after I spoke with him (bc the manager was using speaking to never called back. Got excuses. The vehicle I was interested in could be there the day after I spoke with him (bc the manager was using it as his personal vehicle) then the vehicle needed cosmetic work so it would be at the dealership within 2-3 days then I never got a call back. That was about two weeks ago. No professionalism. He was supposed to call me back by a Wednesday. Went to another dealership the following Saturday after I didn’t hear from him, drove out with my new RAM, better financing/payment too. Glad I went elsewhere! More
