Every time I bring my Jeep in I am quoted an absurd amount of money. Nothing seems to be apart of the warranty that they highly suggested purchasing when I bought my car. I brought my car in for a fuel pump recall and needed another key fob to be programmed. I had brought the car in a month before that for key reprogramming and for some reason the dealership only made me another key fob to be programmed. I had brought the car in a month before that for key reprogramming and for some reason the dealership only made me one key. After waiting all day for a call back I finally got the car back. In addition to the inconvenience of returning to the dealership for a second time the second key cost me almost $400 !! Totally ridiculous !! More
