Delay with Registartion/Plates - Cannot Drive Vehicle Purchased a new Ram truck and they did not submit the paperwork in a timely manner. As a result I will not be able to drive the vehicle. They are trying to blame the Motor Vehicle Agency but I know they did not submit the paperwork for the first week or so after the sale because they asked to have the insurance card reissued (which was done within a few hours). If they submitted the paperwork within a few days I would be able to drive my vehicle after midnight tonight. Stay away from them or refuse the $200+ in fees to do the paperwork for you. The sales manager is a joke and just says that he will "let her know" when you complain about the delay in processing. There are so many other options out there. As far as a quality issue we had to have two things repaired immediately (at a different dealership because they didn't have time to look at it within a day). Apparently one issue was due to a missing fuse and the other was due to a loose fuse. More

I wish that all these other salespersons would take a lesson from Mike Kurtz. He's not pushy at all, listened to my wants/needs and even took me on a test drive at 8:45 PM when they close at 9! Who does that? He did not treat me like some punk kid like other salespersons have. I had a few problems with the finicky financial aspects but, Mike helped iron them out for me. Hands down, I would recommend anyone interested in a Jeep, Chrysler, Dodge or Fiat to speak with Mike Kurtz. More
