Fair, respectful, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all From the start Ryan listened to everything I told him which was essentially I am here to mainly test drive and I’m probably not buying a car from you From the start Ryan listened to everything I told him which was essentially I am here to mainly test drive and I’m probably not buying a car from you unless it’s a really good deal. He was not pushy, I essentially sold myself on the car. Ryan was “on my team” in doing whatever it took to try to negotiate the deal I was asking for. I walked out of the dealership when his managers wouldn’t come down to my number and went straight to the Toyota dealership across the street. After my experience it made me appreciate Ryan even more. Most sales people don’t understand the math behind the numbers they are demanding from you but Ryan was 100% able to keep up with the numbers and we were talking the same language. Ryan texted me the next day and after going back and forth a few times we came to terms on my new Gladiator. It was a fair price and he was professional and concise throughout the entire process. He knew I didn’t have much time to get this all wrapped up and did what he could to keep my dealership face time to a minimum. I would recommend him to anyone interested in a Jeep/Ram or Dodge they will not be disappointed. More
