Avoid if at all possible! My car was at this dealership for 4 days without ever being looked at. Despite several requests I was given no information on when it would be diagnos My car was at this dealership for 4 days without ever being looked at. Despite several requests I was given no information on when it would be diagnosed. When it was finally reviewed I was told it would be done in 3 business days. On the 4th business day I followed up (as I did every day) and was told not only was the car not finished but they were unable to find a part and did not know when or if they could ever fix my car. I found the communication or lack there of wildly unacceptable. My family mechanic was able to diagnose this problem over the phone and fix it within 3 days. More
