Lack of communication Took 2 weeks to have my car fixed. I kept being told my car would be fixed that day or next day. When I would call in to get an update they would tell Took 2 weeks to have my car fixed. I kept being told my car would be fixed that day or next day. When I would call in to get an update they would tell me no one knew the status of my car and it might be fixed or it might not be ( how is that even a response given to a customer?) I had to wait till my service manager was in. I kept being told someone would call me and no one ever did. After the first week I realized I was just getting the runaround and demanded I get a loaner since no one could tell me how much longer it would take. They of course said they were out of loaners and there was nothing they could do. I finally got a loaner the next day and then waited another 6-7 days till it was fixed. I understand things can take awhile to fix or a part needs to come in but constantly calling and having people tell me only 1 person who worked there knew my status but he was out was frustrating. And constantly being lied to by the receptionist telling me someone would call me back was also frustrating. The only reason I got a loaner was because I had to get upset with them on the phone. If your service manager working on your car is out then your car could be fixed and just sitting in the parking lot for days with no one knowing what’s going on. Horrible experience. More

We are not happy about the Jeep that you provide in rush! We are disappointed because , you told us that it's the same as my Jeep that I return but the new Jeep has no sunroof and no remote car starter so I a We are disappointed because , you told us that it's the same as my Jeep that I return but the new Jeep has no sunroof and no remote car starter so I am not happy , Monday on labor day it was raining very badly , we did the paperwork first and after we saw the new Jeep laredo and we realize that there is no sunroof and remote car starter when we came home, beside that we wait , it was raining very badly and meanwhile you said to wait the tire to be changed , it was a mistake on that rain to take in rush the Jeep that you provide!! this is not acceptable ! please can you provide us the correct jeep.
