I can definitely tell she is genuinely a good person. Just the LITTLE while we were together she made us feel really good about having to buy a new car. We originally went to team honda, and I just didn't like the way I was made to feel (I bought my first 2 cars from them, so I thought this was the right way to go). My husband and I felt uneasy while we were there and when we left "to think it over". Then randomly we decided to come to you guys. Well, all I can say is things have a way of working themselves out as they should. Mrs. Mary made the buying experience seem like a piece of cake. We didn't feel rushed, we didn't feel like we had to make an immediate decision, but we knew we weren't leaving until we purchased a car. After Mrs. Mary helped us we when then referred to Chase Gonzales in the financing department. He was also very friendly and helpful. I can honestly state this was my best experience in buying a car. The funny thing about this is, when getting a new car you should be talking about the new car the entire ride home, not us, we are talking about how GREAT Mrs. Mary was. I love all of the features in my new Sonata sport and it drives very well. However, I have only one complaint and it's not really towards the dealership. I have had issues with the a/c ever since the first night I was about to drive it off the lot. The circulation button keeps cutting off by itself, and it won't cut back on when the button is pushed. They went ahead and kept it overnight to run tests on it but found nothing wrong. Even the loaner that I took home in the meantime had the same exact problem! As soon as I got my new car back home, it continued to act up again. It's been a couple of weeks, and I'm still having issues with it. I need to get the car back in to get serviced, but it's hard with my work/home schedule. Overall a great experience, but I'm a little disappointed that Hyundai has a defect in the a/c already. More
