I went pick up my vehicle on January 29. I get in it and I see there’s a crack on my windshield. I go back in and I tell the girl working there there’s a big crack going up my windshield on I get in it and I see there’s a crack on my windshield. She calls the manager and they go look at the pictures that were taken before I dropped it off. They realize that no pictures were taken of my windshield. Well I was then told by the service manager that they can cover my insurance deductible or they can pay for it. So I told him I will let him know. Well the man that took the pictures walked to the front and the girl told him he needs to take better pictures since there’s no picture of my windshield. He made the comment “well I didn’t take a picture because nothing was wrong.” I went to the desk and the service manager gave me a card and wrote his name and number on the back for me to find a place near me to get it fixed and to have them call him so he could pay. I called around and got an invoice. I told the windshield replacement place everything going on and that they need to call the service manager to pay it. In the mean time, I call the service manager and tell him I found a place and he had me send the invoice and a picture over to him. He stated to have them get in contact with him to pay. I go get my windshield fixed and told them again that the Hyundai dealership is paying. That was about two weeks ago. On Monday, I got a called from the windshield replacement place stating that it took them this long to get in touch with the service manager and that he stated I need to go through my insurance because he’s not paying. I try to call him and of course he doesn’t answer and doesn’t return my phone call. I called my case manager from before and he contacted the shop for me. I tried to call the general manager as well and he doesn’t return my call either. I tried calling yesterday as well and still nothing. I get an email from my case manager today asking for more pictures. I called him and told him I have two pictures I could send him. He stated that the service manager is denying everything that has happened and that they are not responsible for paying. I retold everything to my case manager and he took notes and stated he will be contacting the district manager. I then called the Hyundai shop again and told them I’m not getting off the phone until I talk to the service manager because I was fed up with this. He comes on the phone and I restate everything to him. He denies that he ever said they would pay for it and that they don’t do window repairs. He also stated without before pictures there’s nothing he can do. So I told him how his worker flat out said he didn’t take any because nothing was there and he stated wasn’t part of that conversation and he don’t recall that happening. I told him he was literally standing right there when it was stated. The whole time he just kept denying everything. I told him I will keep going up the ladder until something was done and it was like he didn’t even care. Weeks later he is still refusing to pay for my windshield even though where the break was and what was fixed matches up. More
Judging from the rest of the reviews, so long as you’re buying NEW-you should be fine. But let me tell you how this dealership handles a used $20k sell. We got a 2018 van with just over 100k miles. I added extended warranty (engine/transmission adder, roughly $3500 adder) to cover anything that might come up in the future. Now in just under 3 months and MAYBE 500 miles we got error codes for misfire and a van that won’t go past 20 MPH. Turns around my warranty doesn’t cover a tow truck so we bring it in ourselves a month later, so it’s been sitting for a bit. I get the call that it will be roughly $1600 adder to fix everything and nothing is covered under warranty. Engine misfire, bad spark plugs, injection cleaning needed, new batteries, reprogrammed, I think that’s it. ***Not to mention I never even got the spare tire they told me would be included after the last check prior to selling. That still pisses me off personally. Just a fair warning, buying used cars is ALWAYS a tricky process, be sure whatever your getting from Ralph Sellers gets checked by YOUR mechanic prior to signing that dotted line. They won’t take care of you. Sad. I had every intention of giving them our companies business this year when we trade in 2 fleet vehicles in for new ones. Morgan reached out to me after seeing that I had looked at their used vehicles.. on the day she reached out I was very open about my situation that had suddenly had me without a vehicle. I work in Metairie,LA yet live 2 hours away in Opelousas,LA . I shared that I had been catching the greyhound every week for work and also Uber riding once my trip with greyhound made it to my destination. Ms. Morgan really listened to everything I shared with her as me catching a greyground for work wasn’t even the worst of what has been endured. She wanted me to come over to see the used inventory that fit but budget and I really wanted to but I had no way of getting to the dealership so this angel said I WILL COME GET YOU FROM WHEREVER YOU ARE!!! She and another co-worker made a trip 2 hours away and boy oh boy I’m so grateful for thier kindness…God showed me that he is a way maker no matter what! On November 4,2024 I was blessed with a 2014 Maroon ML 350 Mercedes Benz!!!! I am recommending Ralph Sellers dealership as the place to purchase your next vehicle and when you get there ASK FOR MORGAN!!!! While scrubbing trying to get this mess off my seats it dawns on me they had my vehicle twice and i never noticed it in the 3 and a half months prior. I cant prove it so i cant fight them but if you deal with or really any dealership snap some pictures of the inside and outside of your car. I know this didnt happen while in my possession i would have known if paint was flying around the inside of my car. I know i will not return to their dealership for any thing, i have no trust in them. More

This is a review for Ralph Sellers Chrysler Dodge Jeep of Gonzales. I have never been so disgusted in my life. These people will take advantage of anyone for a quick buck. I went in on July 3, to purchase of Gonzales. I have never been so disgusted in my life. These people will take advantage of anyone for a quick buck. I went in on July 3, to purchase a 2015 Range Rover Evoque. On July 6th they delivered the vehicle to me I drove it about 8 miles to my grandparents house to show them the car I put 6500.00 down on. When I got ready to leave the vehicle would not start all the lights on the dashboard came on I couldn't even drive the vehicle home. The next morning they came to pick the vehicle up. The salesman Jeff asked for my address so they could bring a loaner car. I said I did not want a loaner car I just wanted a refund. He instantly called and promised they were sending it to the Range Rover dealership just give them a chance to make this right. They had the car for over a month. Lord behold Not even a few days later the car is leaking massive gas!! I mean like pouring out I sent a picture. Again they came to get the car! I have never received any paper work on anything they "said They fixed' OR the "Range Rover dealership FIXED" Long story short the car still has the same problems they just cleared the dashboard and returned it to me. Brain was the finance guy I dealt with Jeff is the guy that sold me the car. I recently took the car up there again 12/07/2023 after having it placed on the machine. Y'all tell me why everything I think I listed is still wrong with the car stored to the vehicle just cleared off!!! Now here comes another Jeff telling me they would give me 10,000 on a trade in and I would be responsible for the other 7500 payoff. Oh and basically Just forget the down payment. I have politely got a LAWYER!!! There is so much more to this. I literally have just had enough I haven't even drove the car 7,000 miles I literally just received all signed documents on 12/07/2023 from date of purchase. And Brain yes he is a slick one watch out for these people. The toll they have taken on my kids & I I wish on no one (seriously scam service department) They will not return any of your calls its just been a total bad experience for me More

Don’t buy from this dealership. Service department is TERRIBLE! 4 times we had a 8am appointment and it took 3-4 hours for simple oil change.
