I had a very detailed discussion with the Sales Manager regarding how I wanted to proceed with my transaction and why I NEEDED things to be done the way we agreed to in our discussion. When I came in the next day to purchase, he had NOT relayed the information properly to the Finance guy who had sent my credit to 5 different places...I and my husband have GREAT credit so that was not a problem....but in order to maintain that GREAT credit I wanted to be shopped only at HYANDAI Finance to get the Flood Relief Voucher and NO WHERE ELSE... I was highly upset about this. When I spoke with the finance person about it he said noone had informed him of the information I spent 2 hours explaining to the sales manager. Also at that time I signed my documents and my husband had to sign later in the day so I left the documents and was told that they would be OVERNIGHTED to us....I NEVER RECEIVED THEM... I called the Salesperson after 2 weeks and informed him of that and he said he would check on it and get them out to us...WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OUR PAPERWORK AS OF TODAY. i am not pleased at the oversights of your company.
