Excellent Experience That I Will Remember in the Future! This was my first experience purchasing a car. I have always been told that car salesmen can be stereotyped as "pushy" and "inconsiderate". This was N This was my first experience purchasing a car. I have always been told that car salesmen can be stereotyped as "pushy" and "inconsiderate". This was NOT the case with Stan Hill of Ralph Hayes Toyota in Anderson, SC. The first thing that Stan did was ask me about my needs and how we could fit that into my financial structure. Me being a new college grad and having just started my job, I didn't have a lot of money. Stan recognized my situation and didn't throw a bunch of expensive cars in my face. He didn't push me into making a financial mistake that could hurt me long term. He found something that fit into my budget and helped me understand my payments with the help of Dana Bailey. She was also incredibly honest and helpful with the financial aspects of buying my car. Never once did I feel like someone was taking advantage of me. So for all you folks out there who believe the "pushy salesman" stereotype, I can say that "That's because you haven't met Stand Hill at Ralph Hayes". Each staff member works efficiently and effectively to deliver their promise of excellent customer satisfaction as soon as you walk in the door.
