He was so very helpful and patient throughout the entire car buying experience. Tom helped locate the highlander that I wanted and was able to give me a great deal on it! I love my new vehicle, and Tom at Ralph Hayes did an excellent job at answering all of my questions. I will definitely be shopping at Ralph Hayes for all of my future needs. More

In over 12 year we had an excellent experience concerning the service (maintenance & repair) for our our 2003 Toyota Highlander at this dealership. The service was always excellent, the scheduling dependable, and the costs were reasonable. The jobs were done "right the first time", e.g we didn't have to come back for a "fix". We also had a great experience when looking for a new car, Joe and others in the sales department did everything to show us a new Highlander, as well as an RAV4. - Again, a job well done! More

Most of the other dealers would not talk to us on the phone and their descriptions online were not accurate at all. Harry and Jeff were so helpful even though we changed our mind once we got there about which car we wanted, they made it seamless.
