Started out great. Ramiro took down all my information, went over my concerns. However, don't understand why rusted lug nuts are covered with wheel coverage, and the rusted wheel locks are not covered(?). went over my concerns. I apologized for the car not being washed, and was assured by Ramiro, it gets done after service....No, not completely. I still couldn't see out the back window, and the bird poop was still there. I pointed it out to the man who brought me my car, who told me the car was washed(?). I popped the hatch to put in some groceries, and the piece covering the spare was still up, which had to be rearranged. They didn't need to unlock the wheels, so I don't know why it was up. Needed to make a phone call, and I kept getting 'No Service" on the display; something got rearranged, when they were checking volume on the Bluetooth. Finally figured it out...after calling Verizon twice. Last, but not least, the best part of my visit, was the young man, whose card I didn't take, who got me set up with the loaner car. I got the best car, I ever got from Rallye, and he even let me know, I didn't have to put gas in it, as long as it was at a quarter tank when returned, but I did anyway. Oh, just so you know, I was transferred a couple times, as I was trying to find out his name (for this survey), and I did let everyone know who I spoke to, it was for the survey, and it was complimentary - no one took the time to find out, who he was. Overall, it wasn't a bad experience...but it is Mercedes, and I think, we expect more. Sincerely, Barbara Burgess More

This was my first service appointment at Rallye - I didn't have high expectations because my last two cars (BMW's from Hassel BMW were nightmares when it came to service. At Hassel BMW the car was never done when promised, leaving the car for service took no less than 45 minutes, getting an appointment, let alone a loaner car was impossible so when I called Rallye I was so pleasantly surprised! I got an appointment 2 days from my call, they gave me a wonderful choice of loaner cars - the people at the service department were so nice, funny, friendly, I just can't say enough about them - they were wonderful. The loaner car was clean, the service was done and my car was ready when promised. They even washed it! I have recommended Rallye to so many people because they offer great prices, now I know they offer great service! I was pleasantly surprised, I am happy I just got a second Mercedes from Rallye - it's car shopping and servicing the way it should be! More
I brought my car in because the check engine light was on and the transmission didn't feel right. Joe, my service rep told me he would make sure my car was fixed ASAP. Our first experience with Rallye was wonderful. Whad the car 3 days and were in a slight accident. We got the car from a dealer in NJ and were thrilled to have Rallye work on the repairs and we will continu car 3 days and were in a slight accident. Russ is always helpful and knowledable. If he does not know the answer to a question he goes and finds out so you will have the answer. The gentleman outside take your car which is helpful. I have been dealing with Rallye Motors since 2000. When looking for my second Mercedes-Benz I visited other dealerships but Rallye had the car that I wanted. The sales department was very helpful. Over the years the service department has stepped up their customer care. In the beginning I dealt with two service advisors who were not very helpful nor very polite. I notice that they are no longer working at Rallye!! One day I was lucky to get Russ Cagarli as my service advisor. I have been going to him ever since. He is knowledgeable, helpful and polite. From the moment you drop off your car to the time you pick it up, the personnel at Rallye Motors demonstrate that they are interested in customer satifaction. So far I have bought two cars from Rallye and when I'm ready for my next Mercedes Benz I expect that this dealership will be my first choice. I've spoken to people who have used other dealerships and they do not get the kind of service that I receive at Rallye Motors. More
