I purchased my vehicle at Helms. I will never ever buy another car from them. Their sales people are not pleasant and their service is poor to awful. I decided to give it a try, and I am glad I did. Your facility is closer to my home, it is open on Saturday, your personnel were friendly and helpful, with no attitude, which is what the service department at Helms has plenty of. In addition your service area is far superior to the one that Helms has. More

During this season I have had three visits to the Rallye dealership for service. First for a flat tire replacement. Then, for a routine annual service. Finally, yesterday, without an appointment, to have dealership for service. First for a flat tire replacement. Then, for a routine annual service. Finally, yesterday, without an appointment, to have a very small chip on the windshield repaired. Each time John Ciccotelli provided outstanding customer service. It would have been easy for John, yesterday, to just tell me to make an appointment to have the chip repaired. Instead, he located the individual who does this type of repair, introduced me to him and made sure that the car was taken care of at that time. I understood the repair process and was completely prepared to wait the almost two hours for it to be completed. Having my newspaper with me and the available internet and TV amenities provided by Rallye, it was well worth the wait. While I have owned several BMWs in the past 7 years, this is my first Mercedes. I am impressed with the car, a E550 Cabriolet and I am equally impressed with the level of service provided at Rallye. When books are written about customer service, it is the kind of service provided by people like John Ciccotelli that they are referring to. The windshield chip was not a big problem, but it was a big headache. John's customer service courteously and professionally removed both. More
Compare to other dealerships, example: Sovereign and Prestige, Rallye's service and price is far better than the others. good work, but the price....................way toooooooo much...and when you call to book a date for service with a loaner car you have to wait almost two weeks. get more loaner cars! for the price you ch much...and when you call to book a date for service with a loaner car you have to wait almost two weeks. get more loaner cars! for the price you charge for your services it will be worth it for you. even if you have to rent few cars as loanrs. your coustmers like to have service when its good them not for when you have a loaner car. i am sure you are loosing lots of service calls for that reason. I gave my car in to be serviced which was only 2 months old and when I went to pick up my car it was damaged/scratched on the back bumber and the rear passenger door. What they where supposed to fix mecha old and when I went to pick up my car it was damaged/scratched on the back bumber and the rear passenger door. What they where supposed to fix mechanically is not important because their staff caused more body damage to my car. Furthermore the mechanic that was working on my car changed all of the radio stations as if it were his car. Also my steering wheel, rugs on the drivers side, my console all had a white substance all over. The car was also not washed on the outside. I think RALLYE is getting worse as we go forward. No one cares about the individual client I think they do too much volume and are volume oriented. My family has 5 cars leased at RALLYE but if they treat me like this again we will cancel all 5 of our leases. Furthermore they should have signs posted with the name of the Service Manager or General Manager so that we know who and how to complain to immediately on site rather than fill out these questionaires!!! More

I recently had an electrical issue with my Mercedes GL 450. It was in the shop for almost 6 weeks.
