Ridiculous ! Stopped by to make an appointment for a recall. WOuld not do unless I called them on the phone??? First, idiot rule by a lacking dealership. Next, I had a an engine light for 2 days so I passed by, which the sale rep said you can do but they would not look at the car- Caddy always took me in if there was flat or idiot light issue. Not Rallye. Last I called to order a key farb. No cant do even though there is insurance on. Have to make an appointment to order a key and then another appointment to have the key programmed. More
