The service center told her the tire couldn't be repaired and a replacement had to be ordered. When our local gas station looked at the car and showed us all 4 tires needed to be replaced. Someone hit my E Mercedes in the lot. My blind spot sensor did not work. The car's bumper showed no external damage but the whole bumper had to be replaced because the bumper and control panel. where one unit. The service department should have told me right away this was the case. $3,000 dollars later the problem was fixed. Their service is cursory at best. Safety is something would expect from a Mercedes dealership More

Service was completed in the specified time. Nice lounge Was in for a scheduled maintenance. Problem Misdiagnosed Problem was misdiagnosed. Spent $1500 to fix the issue and had to bring car back for correct fix and pay additional $425. I had to pursue the situati Problem was misdiagnosed. Didn't feel there was much care at all about my issue which the car would not start. Turned out to be the battery. No offer to refund the money wrongly charged for a new starter which I didn't need. I had asked for a manager to call me but seems they just did the "switch" of having another service writer call and say he was the manager. No follow up by him and zero concern. Just wanted to get me off his desk. In general - not up to standards of Mercedes and very disappointing. Would not recommend at all. On the good side, hours here are very flexible and they did come and pick up the car after them messed up the first repair (only after I asked for a manager). So some plus there. But overall - poorly handled. More
