Rallye sets the benchmark for the excellence as Mercedes motto says " the best or nothing" which Rallye really does come through. I call Anthony the 7 foot giant and he is very familiar with my family and treats us like family by always taking the time to explain things and make the whole shopping experience comfortable, pleasant, always patient, personable, friendly, and informative. I was the only one in the family who drove a non Mercedes vehicle and after switching over, I can understand why my family is only Mercedes oriented because Mercedes Benz is the trendsetter for the automotive industry. Rallye is exceptional in customer service, friendly people, and very warm. On the day of delivery, Jennifer Broach gave me a tour of the vehicle on how things worked. In addition when I was in Georgia, I contacted Jennifer and she walked me through on how to set up the Bluetooth and I said to myself, WOW....awesome! I drove a few cars before finding out which one I wanted and then I saw the one in the showroom which is mine now and it has practically everything I can ask for and then some others I never imagined.
