In addition, the loaner car had the same issue with the interior's cleanliness.Though one of the staff took the time to clean the back seat that had sticky stains. More

My advisor discusses my issues beforehand and explains the findings before any work is performed. Wouldn't go elsewhere for service!!!! More

Ridiculous part prices My 2011, 22k Miles SL550 was prepped before purchase (from Helms Brothers) beautifully, but the protective application was placed on the PLASTIC FRAMI My 2011, 22k Miles SL550 was prepped before purchase (from Helms Brothers) beautifully, but the protective application was placed on the PLASTIC FRAMING on either side of the rear window, producing a cosmetic discoloration. Excellent service rep Vincent Vetere took photos and sent to MBCorporate returning the news that the protective coating DOESN’T apply to plastic parts, only metal painted parts. Cost to replace two PLASTIC REAR WINDOW FRAMES just short of $450. More
