"Cracking" noise coming from the roof area Although I live in central NJ, I purchased my vehicle at Rallye in NY. Since it's still under warranty, I brought it back to this dealership for servi Although I live in central NJ, I purchased my vehicle at Rallye in NY. Since it's still under warranty, I brought it back to this dealership for service to address a "cracking" noise coming from the sunroof area. This noise occurred when it was hot out and when I went over a bump, turned a corner or even just backed out of my driveway - it seemed anytime the frame of the car shifted even just a bit, this cracking noise would happen. I left the car with them for an entire week. On my ride back to NJ after I picked my car back up, the noise occurred again, albeit not as loud. Rather than going back to NY again, (a 90+ minutes drive away from where I live) I now made an appointment with the local Princeton Mercedes dealership for the same issue. Hopefully this problem will be fully rectified this time. My salesperson and service rep were very knowledgeable and helpful, however I'm disappointed that the problem was not completely resolved.
