Excellent Service, The service manager made it worth it! First off i would like to say that Rallye Motors is the top of the line dealership, always professional and courteous. The service manager I must say was like no other, usually they are the downfall of the service departments, either they don't know whats going on or they blow you off but Andrew K was on top of his game. Using the appearance package (zylon package) I love mercedes. Rob was extremely helpful. A few things I wasn't happy with, but it had nothing to do with the service advisor that helped me. With t I love mercedes. Rob was extremely helpful. A few things I wasn't happy with, but it had nothing to do with the service advisor that helped me. With the zylon package they say any dents and scratches are covered. What they don't tell you is that any scratches underneath the car like the bottom of the splitter is NOT covered or if someone changes your wiper blades and doesn't pull them out all the way up and they scratch the tip of the hood it is NOT covered. Also for some reason they had to work to find me in the system which was bothersome since the money was deducted quickly when I paid for the car. Just word of the wise inspect your car if preowned like a hawk because the little things can go unseen. More
