Arrogant pompous and condescending They were very condescending, they weren't helpful at all and tried to sell me on a bunch of BS. After they had told me that my engine has seized on They were very condescending, they weren't helpful at all and tried to sell me on a bunch of BS. After they had told me that my engine has seized on a car less than 40,000 miles they told me that it was negligence on my part and there's nothing they could do on a 2015 gl350. I even had receipts for my oil changes. I had to take a loan out on my 401k to get it fixed or I would have to sit with a car my driveway with no engine basically I had to buy the car a second time. I will never shop at rally again and I will never go to there service center again they are crooked and corrupt. They couldn't even told me if the engine was new or rebuilt. So I walked out of this spending a ton of money with my tail between my legs and my head down as if I was robbed at gunpoint. When I picked up the car it was very rushed he couldn't wait to take my check and get rid of me. whatever I asked was very robotic and simple and repetitive. When I asked if I can pay with credit card they told me 100% absolutely not and gave me no reason why. More
