Expert Service from my agent Katie Lyons In Katie's hands, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She proactively arranged everything; from a loaner vehicle, which I was not even expecting, In Katie's hands, I had absolutely nothing to worry about. She proactively arranged everything; from a loaner vehicle, which I was not even expecting, to the pick-up service after hours. Katie instructed me what to do and did her part in ensuring my key was at the front desk in the show-room when I arrived there at 8pm to pick up my vehicle. She is a master of her trade. Katie made the entire experience seamless and hassle-free. My concern though was with the fact that all my settings were thrown, in my car's telephone and navigation system. I lost all my saved trips in the navigation system and all my telephone contacts were deleted. I had to reinstall the telephone system. Needless to say, this very inconvenient for me.
