Cannot trust service person's results. Items that are visibly defective were listed as "Working as Designed" Not so. Was reprogrammed & not warned that Bluetooth had to be reset. Purchased 2016 GLA 250 Tom provided me with world-class service. I bought the car on blind faith. My car was scheduled for the first service and inspection. I was assured because of the virus the utmost care wd b taken care of. I picked up my car which you said you washed which it was not. The steering wheel was dirty and was supposed to be covered and someone’s dirty coffee cup was in the cup holder. Called the service sept with no help. I will not service my car there till this virus is over. Shame on you not making this right More
