Away from NYC, I had to drive 4 hours to get to the dealership to find out that the car I had reserved was sold to another client [time to upgrade from Excel!]. However, Victor was able to take the time to listen to my needs and to find an even better alternative among the new inventory they were getting. I trusted Victor and purchased the car without seeing it. It ended up being a beautiful CPO and I'm very satisfied. I give a score of zero. I came in for an inspection that exceeded 2 hours which made us late for our appointment. As we were exiting the dealership the tire pressure light came on. I text Stephen as soon a exceeded 2 hours which made us late for our appointment. As we were exiting the dealership the tire pressure light came on. I text Stephen as soon as I arrived at my destination. I brought the vehicle back at my earliest convenience. There was a nail in the tire. I waited for another 2 hours was told because the “glue” needs to dry. I was also charged to patch the tire. As a long time customer of sales and service and regarding this situation I was unsatisfied and disappointed. More
