Service department is Excellent!! I was checked in in no time at all. Everything was explained clearly. I normally don't wait for services to be done on my car because of long waits. I showed up at the dealer without an appointment, as when I went to put air in my tire, noticed a big screw. He asked all the right questions, such as if I have the tire protection, dent coverage. (I have both). Told me it should take about 1-1/2 hurs and directed me to the waiting room. Approx. 1-1/2 Mr. O'Neil called me and told me my car is ready and I can come down and pick it up. The tire was fixed, the scuff on the mirror was buffed down and I was told that the tire was repaired since they did not have one in stock and I will receive a call when a tire comes in. I have to say from the beginning when I pulled up to the service entrance the young man who works there is very thorough, very pleasant and very observant. When I came down to pick up my car and he noticed that after 5 mins my car was not there, he sent someone to look in the back where is my car. They said it will be out shortly. 5 mins later still no car, he sent someone else to check on the car, who reported the car is being washed and it will be out shortly. This is what I always say, even if things are not done that instant just keep the customer informed. Tell them what is going on with their car, don't wait for the customer to get aggravated, customer appreciates being informed even if you don't have anything new, and that's what was happening here I saw that they young man really cared to keep me informed, he saw me waiting there and wanted to make sure that I knew that he was looking out for me. So, everyone, THANK YOU VERY MUCH RALLYE BMW, YOUR CARE IS GREATLY APPRECIATED, that I a woman was treated equally as other customers. GREAT JOB DONE!!!!!!! More
I purchased my first BMW at Hassle BMW as they were the closest dealer to my home. The service was so bad and impersonal that I refused to go back. Staff was unfriendly, service was not performed as promised, etc. As an alternative, I began having my service done at Rallye BMW and I have never been treated better at an automobile dealer in my life. What a pleasant surprise. I just purchased my fourth BMW from them last month, and despite the fact that I have to travel much further to get to the dealership, I would not deal with anyone else. More
Both service manager, Kevin and the shop foreman took a significant amount of time to ensure they understood the problem. Although I had arranged for loaner, he asked me if I had time to wait 45-60 minutes because he believed that he knew what the problem was and he could likely fix it so that I could have my car immediately. The dealership has a nice cafe with a wireless internet, so waiting is enjoyable. Not to mention the free Starbucks coffee. After 40 minutes, the foreman returned with the car where he spent another 15 minutes riding around with me to ensure the problem had been resolved. Which it had. My service appointment was made only 2 days before and a loaner was arranged for. I have the same arrangement with a Volvo that I own but to get a loaner, I usually have to make an appointment at least 1-2 weeks in advance. More

I cannot say enough good things about Carol. Nothing was too much to ask for, and she always kept you updated on the status of your car, and the work being done. I took my 07 335i to Rallye NOT for regular service - oil change, brakes and etc BUT to upgrade my suspension. My upgrade was custom and somewhat complicated because I requested to install performance suspen change, brakes and etc BUT to upgrade my suspension. My upgrade was custom and somewhat complicated because I requested to install performance suspension (not part of my car) mixed in with M3 suspension elements. I'm a BMW enthusiast and needed to discuss my project in details to make sure we have a complete understanding of ALL details I'm requesting. Communication was properly escalated to the appropriate knowledgeable supervisor who was in continuous contact with me until we worked out all of my special requests. Throughout all phases of this project I felt comfortable knowing and understanding what's going on, what's next and etc. Rallye has a structure for dealing with special projects like mine and I observed it from the beginning to the end. I'm a very satisfied customer and have been their client for years. Although I normally don't bother with leaving reviews, I thought this case was a lot different and might interest some enthusiasts out there. Everything went well, the car is reborn with new muscular legs. I hope this helps someone out there in their research ....... More
