Out of towner with a flat tire Visiting the area and on my way to upstate NY for a BMW scheduled service near my home. Hit a pothole in the snowstorm and got a flat tire, Rallye BMW Visiting the area and on my way to upstate NY for a BMW scheduled service near my home. Hit a pothole in the snowstorm and got a flat tire, Rallye BMW service department was wonderful. They said to come right over. They told me to take my time but they would help me. Not only did they replace my tire (and handle my tire insurance) they also were able to do the scheduled service. This was so helpful as I did not have to reschedule in upstate NY. The service department was friendly and courteous and the facility was immaculate. The waiting area was comfortable with complimentary water coffee or tea and bagels. The staff kept me informed of the progress of my vehicle and my car was serviced in a very reasonable time. Me. David O’ Neill, the service manager that assisted me was terrific. He made a day that could have been a disaster into a comfortable experience. Rallye and staff get 5 stars or more from me. More

Pleasant experience I went there for regular maintenance but they had to keep my car longer as there was a recall issue with my passenger’s airbag. They provided me a lo I went there for regular maintenance but they had to keep my car longer as there was a recall issue with my passenger’s airbag. They provided me a loaner car which was almost brand new with only 300 miles on it. Got my car back a day later, all washed and vaccuumed for free. All the crew who I’ve dealt with were all friendly. Overall, it was a hassle-free experience for me. More
