Tire replacement and recall campaign Adam Romano is the best service advisor! He got me right in to replace a bad tire on my 750 and arranged a loaner BMW right on the spot! While the car was there he let me know there was a recall campaign on the car and did that along with an oil service. He also told me about two of my other tires getting very low on tread life and I was able to replace them in same visit. Fast,convenient, and clean! Great experience! More

Fast update on the car service status Drop of the car to fix the malfunction brake light. Finally, they found the problem is the light holder. They called me twice to update the status within 3 hours, first time is they expect to have a part in the Saturday afternoon. Second, they find out the part will be there on Monday. They asked me to use the loaner car for the weekend. I am satisfied with their fast response and service. More
