Generally it means dealing with pressure sales tactics and scummy salesmen. The service I received from Brian could not have been any better. He took customer service to an entirely new level. He was informative, patient, and helpful. I am a highly satisfied customer and that is not an easy task. I believe in rewarding exceptional customer service and therefore tell everyone I know that is in the market for a car to go and visit Brian – you will not be disappointed.
