Diana made my service appt and professionalism, courtesy and kindness! She is such a doll! I was met in the service drive by a few valets all happy to greet me and wish me a "good morning!". Escorted me into his cubical and listened to all my concerns with my 1991 325ic with 137,538 miles. You know when you bring in your car for service and the only words you can use to describe the issues are adjectives? Like thumping, banging, screeching etc. I really believe the s/a's take special classes to disipher those adjectives. They have found every problem I've had and then some! They discovered problems I didn't even know I had. Imtiaz was my technician and was so diligent and thorough. In speaking to David and Larry they advised me of the items by importance not price. I have been a RALLYE customer for 17 years and never had a problem. Diana arranged for a beautiful loaner car for my use while my baby was getting work done. I can't say enuf of RALLYE BMW, I really enjoy coming to RALLYE BMW. Their new facility is breath-taking and a lot of amenities to entertain the customer; of any age!! The folks at RALLYE BMW have such pride and compassion not only to the brand but more importantly the customer. They personally know you by name and with upmost respect always. Waiting for my baby to come from the car wash, I saw more smiling people milling around and attentive to all customers and employees alike. Every time I bring my car in for service the staff at Rallye BMW can not do more to make it a great experience. There is no better dealer for customer service. I was being helped and waiting for my car, no more than 4-5 people walked by me and asked if I was being helped or if they could take care of me. Just Amazing. More
Great service, you are in and out quickly.I make the appointment for 1:30PM arrive at 1:00PM was out of there by 3:00PM. Everytime i go to Rally Service Department I deal with Dennis he makes things eas appointment for 1:30PM arrive at 1:00PM was out of there by 3:00PM. I came in for my door to be repaired and that only. The first service advisor asked if I was interested in the maintenance service. I said no. He asked if I wanted an oil service. I said no. I was only int first service advisor asked if I was interested in the maintenance service. I said no. He asked if I wanted an oil service. I said no. I was only interested in fixing the door. Kevin then called me (a different advisor) at work later in the day to update me on the car. He again brought up the maintenance service. I was not interested. But he pressured me into it, and persuaded me to get it as well as the oil change. I still had 1900 miles to go until the next oil change! I do not drive often which I expressed. My 2004 car has only 33,000 miles on it! It is an old car an quite honestly did not need to get this type of maintenance at a bmw dealership. The cost was just enormous and unnecessary. The service advisors MUST work on some type of commission. The same advisor tried to overcharge me more than $100 on a part I bought at the Bayside BMW Service less then a year before. Not trustworthy! More
Everything was fine. I was basically in and out within a reasonable time. The guys in customer service were friendly and effecient. The quality of work was fine.
