What a wonderful experience we had a Rallye BMW. We originally dealt with Ann , who unfortunately became ill, so Alice Baer took over and handled all of the details via phone calls and emails. On the day of delivery Joel Sobin took care of us as if we were family. The car valet, John, explained the vehichle to my wife and I in detail. Joel was very kind and his service was exceptional. My service experience was awful.While making my appointment,I was promised by Moses I would be serviced in 1 to 1 and a half hours, so I decided not to take a loaner and wait.I told him any day was appointment,I was promised by Moses I would be serviced in 1 to 1 and a half hours, so I decided not to take a loaner and wait.I told him any day was fine.He replied as log as I did not need a car I could come the next day.When I arrived there was no record of my appointment but I could still be serviced in a timely manner,so I decided to stay.After 1 and a half hours I received a call from David O'Neill informing me they still needed 20 more minutes,1 hour later I was finally gone after receiving a card promising a free detailing for poor service.That was nice but I did not think I would be back.The next time I started the car the engine hot sign STILL went on, I hope they did a better job on my brakes. The following day I received a call from Moses inquiring as to my whereabouts.I informed him that I was in yesterday and service was awful,which he replied it was probably because you came the wrong day and he hung up.Instead of apoligizing for his error he tried to make excuses! More
I enjoyed my visit at Rallye. All service personnel have been friendly and very accomodating. The wait was relatively short and there were no surprises. Coffee is free and plentiful. Do yourself a Favor and buy your Next BMW somewhere else! We went in to purchase a 2010 BMW M3 Convertible. The salesperson Ann Gang was horrible! Besides the fact that we made an appointment 4 days in advance before arriving at the dealership, when we arrived at the dealership, there was no record of us having an appointment and Ann was with another customer!! Nobody offered to show us around... Nothing! finally we sat down with Ann and she took my drivers license for the test drive. She didnt say 1 word during the test drive except turn right here and take this left down there! Worst MORON of a salesperson!!!! When we got back to the dealership I wanted to discuss numbers with her. Besides the fact that the numbers she quoted me were significantly higher than other local dealerships, when I asked if there were any promotions or discounts available she simply said "we don't discount at Rallye BMW". Do yourself a favor and buy your BMW somewhere else. Theyre disgusting pigs at this dealership. CHECK out their "F" Rating on Better Business Bureau. Obviously they seriously don't care about customer service here. More
My tire light went on and I did not have an appointment but drove into the service area and was treated with kindness and respect. My initial experience w/Henry was very good but, once he had me sign the contract, he was difficult to contact & didn't return my calls/emails. They give you the best prices for leaseing, this is my 5th BMW from Rallye Motors and probably my last. I currently have two BMW's. They are fine for normal maintanence, both absolultly horrible when it comes to repairing a broken item under warranty. I have brought my car in 6 times for the same acceleration problem and they refuse to drive the car further than around the block. The car has to be hot for the problem to occur and they refuse to attempt to duplicate the problem. Also I brought my other BMW, a 535xi, in because the radio didn't work, thay kept the car for two days, and gave it back with the radio still not working. I had to bring it in again and it took them 3 days before they finally fixed it. It seems that nothing ever gets repaired the first time you bring it in. More

I have just picked up my 5th BMW and have just ordered my 6th BMW from Rallye. The only reason I would recommend Rallye is my loyalty to George Javier who I have dealt with for years. As far as my last few visits for service goes the experience was less then what I had come to expect from Rallye in the past. Now I am not writing this to bash anyone as I am leaving the names out but I have had my 2008 X5 in the service department 3 to 4 times over the past 8 months or so for the basic same reason, noise in the front end. The first trip they changed a wheel bearing. This naturally did not fix the issue. Second trip they changed the wheel bearing on the other side of the car. Still did not fix the issue. Now this past visit the service rep comes out and says that I need tires and an alignment. The rep (Who I know is the highest grossing for the service department) was nice enough but who is he to determine what is wrong with the car? I also requested to have the rear wiper blade changed at the time and was given a bit of a hard time. I ended up getting my car back with the wiper blades replaced and told that they removed debris from the front end which was causing the noise. Naturally to my disappointment the problem still exists and leaves me totally frustrated. I feel as if the problem was addressed properly from the beginning I would not be in need for front tires or an alignment. This X5 has 24,600 miles on it there should be no reason for either. It also leaves me to believe that there are certain reps in the service department that are either trying to bang you over the head with charges or they have their hand out looking for something as if they are doing you a favor. I am just extremely disappointed and will more then likely forward this directly to BMW as I feel they should know about my experinces and how this was never made right and is just trying to be covered up with notes after the fact. More
